There are many police and law enforcement officials who are concerned with the growing trend of using military-trained mercenaries to train and work with local police officers in the United States.......I hope that this article brings to light the outcry that many of us had when the Department of Homeland Security was formed....many said that those who opposed the DHS formation, were wackos and not interested in protecting this country from terrorists, etc.....however, let this be a lesson in "I told you so", nothing that the government creates or does all in the guise of "it's for our protection", is good; it's only another door we allowed to be opened, to control we the people.....just imagine where else these guys have been given authority, in your city, hmm?????

Maynard Brazeal, the retired Director of the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center told me privately in 1980, that the moral character of the men and women he was preparing for a career in law enforcement would determine if America remained free or would be under police state conditions........don't think this couldn't happen, just look at the lower standards for recruitment of our police officers and military, less educated, etc......they are being recruited because they LOOK LIKE those in the cities where crime has increased......don't forget the standard, they need to be more diversified, keyword meaning that they can be counted on to follow ANY orders given!!!!!
